- Review all recommendations carefully and conduct your own due diligence before making bookings.
- Comply with all applicable laws, visa requirements, and health regulations for your destinations.
- Understand that travel involves inherent risks beyond our control (e.g., weather, political instability, cancellations).
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by AnchorLine—including itineraries, maps, notes, and strategies—are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without our written permission. The content remains our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorLine Business Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our advice or inability to travel. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific engagement.
6. Payment & Cancellations
Fees, deposits, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. By proceeding with a service, you agree to those terms.
7. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services, fees, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above will reflect revisions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
